Q3: Do I need to prepare?
A: Just show up open. You don’t need to believe in energy work for it to work. Your energy will meet you where you're at.
Q4: Is this virtual or in-person?
A: Most sessions are offered virtually unless otherwise noted (or booked at live events). Energy doesn’t need a physical space to work—it flows through intention.
Q5: What happens during a session?
A: Each session starts with a chakra assessment using a pendulum. From there, I intuitively choose crystals, chakra sprays, and sound tools to realign your energy. We end with a debrief so you understand what came up and how to stay aligned.
Q6: Will I feel anything?
